Recognition first. Relationship only by mutual agreement.
What this is
A worldwide discovery and consented-nomination initiative for people whose character, imagination, judgment, perseverance, experience, and meaningful work may support a possible founding collaboration with QUENVOR.
What this is not
Not a vacancy, employment application, job offer, investment solicitation, fee-based program, contest, compensation or equity promise, ownership promise, guaranteed role, or guaranteed response.
Compensation, equity, ownership, time commitment, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, employment status, and every other economic or legal term are not yet defined. They will be discussed only if a mutual founding conversation develops and will require a separate written agreement before any relationship or work begins.
04 / The Recognition Protocol
One real judgment before any longer conversation.

Read the mission, trust record, and Judgment Library. QUENVOR receives no response data.
- 02Send one signal
Answer one role question or share one existing public work link. No résumé or cover letter is required.
- 03Receive confirmation
The QUENVOR response path confirms provider storage immediately. Email remains optional.
- 04Initial review
If email is supplied, QUENVOR aims to acknowledge within two business days. An authorized private administrator reviews under QUENVOR, with an initial relevance target of ten business days.
- 05Clarify once
If relevant, QUENVOR may ask one concise question or invite an exploratory conversation. No unpaid work is requested.
- 06Define before committing
Only a mutual founding conversation can lead to separately defined written terms. No stage before that implies selection.
The five signals QUENVOR looks for
- Character shown through choices, service, responsibility, or conduct.
- Imagination that turns possibility into a useful path.
- Judgment under meaningful constraints and tradeoffs.
- Perseverance without loss of ethics or care for others.
- Existing evidence of building, protecting, clarifying, improving, or carrying something that mattered.
Prestige, wealth, titles, famous employers, follower counts, and powerful networks are not selection signals.

A person reviews under QUENVOR. AI assists; it does not decide.
Who is on the other side?
An authorized private administrator reviews relevant signals under QUENVOR, the public identity of QUENVOR Global Holdings LLC. The administrator's personal identity is not a public campaign publisher or a selection signal. Official communication must come through the QUENVOR channels listed on this page.
Where AI assistance is used
QUENVOR may use AI-assisted tools to research public context, structure or summarize a response, check consistency against the published criteria, and improve the discovery process. Founding Five is not a covert AI experiment. No automated score selects, rejects, ranks, promises, or creates a legal relationship with anyone.
Because AI assistance may be part of review, send only public or non-confidential information. You may ask how a signal will be used, stop the conversation, withdraw, or request deletion at any time without completing another task.
06 / Privacy and control
Send less. Keep control.
Use one answer or one existing public link. Email and region are optional.
Forward the official page privately. QUENVOR receives nothing unless the person responds. A nomination may be submitted only with the person’s knowledge and consent, and without private nominee contact data.
Signals are used only for Founding Five review and communication and are not sold. If no conversation begins, QUENVOR deletes a signal within 12 months. If one begins, deletion occurs within 12 months after it ends unless security or law requires longer.
Request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal at founder@quenvorglobal.org with “FF-PRIVACY” and minimal non-sensitive details. Do not send ID. QUENVOR’s stated target is 30 calendar days.
Reverse diligence
Ask QUENVOR one hard question first.
A serious founding conversation should withstand scrutiny in both directions. Ask one question about identity, process, privacy, evidence, or boundaries. QUENVOR will answer only with facts it can verify and may add a non-identifying version of a material answer to its public decision log.
