There is no right answer or preferred side. Answer from work you have already done or share one existing public example. Name, email, prestige, title, network, age, and predicted earning power are not the signal.
Existing evidence is enough.
- A public portfolio case, accessibility improvement, service redesign, research synthesis, or design-system decision.
- Evidence that listening to a person or community materially changed the first solution.
- A short account of what became more useful, inclusive, or understandable because of that decision.
You may decline completely.

What happens after a response
