QUENVOR

The Team Members Decision Circle

Borrow one unmade decision. Give the room back to its people.

A community may use one real QUENVOR team decision for a focused 25-minute conversation. The circle belongs to the room: no pitch, application, attendee list, recording requirement, or hidden recruitment. The discussion must be useful even if nobody ever contacts QUENVOR.

Permission first · No attendee data · No résumé · No new work · No sales pitch

A useful conversation before any invitation.

QUENVOR is unfinished by design because the Team Members must have genuine authorship. A Decision Circle lets experienced people examine one unresolved tradeoff together. It is not a job event, audition, webinar, lead capture, ranking exercise, investment solicitation, fee program, endorsement request, or promise of a role.

The room keeps its people

QUENVOR receives no attendee roster, names, emails, private nominee information, recording, or transcript.

The host keeps control

The host follows local rules, chooses whether the protocol fits, and may stop or change the conversation at any time.

Individuals keep agency

Afterward, anyone may leave, inspect QUENVOR privately, or share one no-commitment judgment signal without required contact details.

Choose one tension the room has earned the right to discuss.

No side is preferred. The useful signal is what people protect, what they accept losing, and which constraint could change their judgment.

Truth vs. hope

The constraint
when both cannot be maximized.
The circle question
When a mission needs hope but the evidence demands restraint, what truth would you protect, what hope would you preserve, and what would you refuse to say?
What the room owes nobody
No consensus, right answer, score, résumé, new deliverable, or contact information.

Urgency vs. the long arc

The constraint
when delay and haste can both cause harm.
The circle question
When urgency threatens the long arc, what would you accelerate, what would you slow, and how would you protect continuity without losing momentum?
What the room owes nobody
No consensus, right answer, score, résumé, new deliverable, or contact information.

One tension. Four moves. A clean ending.

The format is intentionally short enough to remain a contribution rather than become an event funnel.

  1. 00–03
    State facts and boundaries.

Read the tension, name the real constraint, disclose QUENVOR's unfinished status, and confirm that the circle collects nothing for QUENVOR.

  2. 03–07
    Think before performing.

Quietly decide what you would protect, what you would defer or sacrifice, and which constraint governs the choice.

  3. 07–17
    Make judgment legible.

Each willing participant shares only those three elements. Passing is always allowed; debate waits until every willing voice has entered.

  4. 17–22
    Invite principled dissent.

Ask what fact, affected person, or future consequence could reverse each judgment. Do not force consensus.

  5. 22–25
    Close without capture.

Summarize the unresolved choice, thank the room, and end without a signup. Individuals may inspect or respond to QUENVOR later by their own choice.

The protocol cannot become a disguised extraction system.

Ask permission first.

Use the circle only where the organizer and community rules permit it. Disclose QUENVOR and the official campaign URL before the discussion begins.

Collect nothing for QUENVOR.

No attendance list, emails, private nominee data, identity documents, banking details, résumé bundle, recording, transcript, or hidden analytics export.

Request no labor.

No unpaid project, speculative deliverable, confidential information, assignment of intellectual property, exclusivity, fee, donation, or purchase.

Quote only with consent.

A host may share aggregate learning only when community rules permit. Do not identify, quote, record, or attribute a participant without that person's explicit consent.

Request a community-specific discussion brief

The request is a permission check—not a commitment or endorsement. Tell QUENVOR which public community, region, tension, and audience you serve. Do not send member, participant, nominee, or attendee information.

A useful room is already a successful circle.

QUENVOR measures Decision Circles by permission, thoughtful dialogue, and voluntary judgment signals—not attendee counts, followers, impressions, or harvested contacts. Nobody owes QUENVOR a response after participating.
