QUENVOR

Public process charter · version 1.1 · 7 October 2026

Open positions. Private interest. Written terms before work.

Five founding Team Member positions are open. This charter explains how people may express interest now, what QUENVOR may request, and which boundaries apply before any selection or work.

Open positions

Five founding Team Member positions are open for private expressions of interest.

First contact

Private and listening-first. No résumé, new assignment, fee, or sensitive information is required.

Selection

An introduction is not an offer or guarantee. Any selection and terms require direct discussion and written agreement.

Team structure

Remote and part-time initially. No investment required.

Economic terms

Finalized privately through contribution, milestones, vesting, and written agreements.

Fourteen days to test trust—not people.

  1. 01
    10 September 2026 · open

Publish the verification record, process charter, five open decisions, and privacy boundaries.

  2. 02
    17 September 2026 · midpoint

Publish a privacy-safe checkpoint: valid voluntary completions, fit-qualified signals, two-way responses, and blockers.

  3. 03
    24 September 2026 · pilot close

End the initial listening window and preserve the evidence without converting respondents into applicants.

  4. 04
    27 September 2026 · public decision

Publish one of three outcomes: proceed to design a separately authorized process, iterate the listening experiment, or pause.

This historical pilot calendar did not select team members. Its trust and privacy lessons now govern the active private-interest process for the five open positions.

Interest is open; selection still requires explicit safeguards.

Named authority

The people authorized to review and decide, their roles, conflicts, and accountability must be published.

Economic posture

Compensation, equity or ownership posture, time expectations, location, expenses, and material uncertainties must be stated.

Selection standard

Criteria, stages, evidence rules, timing, appeal or correction path, and decision ownership must be inspectable.

Privacy operations

Collection, access, retention, deletion, processors, AI assistance, and respondent controls must be operationally verified.

Security and identity

Official channels, anti-impersonation guidance, domain controls, and a working security contact must be verified.

Fresh consent

Anyone who shared a listening-phase signal must opt in again. No response is silently converted into an application.

Judgment and service matter more than prestige.

Relevant signals

Character through choices, imagination with usefulness, judgment under constraint, perseverance with ethics, and existing work that mattered beyond status.

Excluded signals

Wealth, follower count, elite credentials, famous employers, powerful networks, demographic traits, private data, or willingness to perform unpaid work.

During listening, these are research signals—not scores or selection criteria. Questions about this charter may be sent to quenvor@quenvorglobal.org.
